About Alisa Wyatt

Alisa has been teaching Pilates since 1999 when she left her high-powered publishing job to spread her passion for Pilates. She and her husband Jack are the creators of Pilatesology a website dedicated to recording, preserving and spreading Joseph Pilates’ original work worldwide. She’s a featured expert for Pilates Style Magazine and creator of a growing series of acclaimed DVD’s: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Pilates Workout and Pilates for Men.

A Pilates purist, Alisa was trained and certified by Pilates legend, Romana Kryzanowska, in New York City where she ran a highly successful studio for a decade before moving home to California. To hone her craft, Alisa has sought out training from those who were taught to be teachers by Mr. Pilates himself. She studied with Kathy Grant in New York and currently trains with one of the few remaining teachers who worked for Mr. Pilates: Jay Grimes.

When she’s not traveling the globe filming classes with world-renowned instructors, teaching and exploring with her husband, Alisa lives in Hermosa Beach, CA, where she trains athletes and civilians alike from pro-beach volleyball players, to moms and executives, to top models and actors. Clients can expect a personalized, vigorous, whole body workout that gives immediate results and a long, lean, sculpted look.

Fully equipped with the finest professional Pilates apparatus, made by Gratz—Mr. Pilates’ original manufacturer. Alisa specializes in cross training for athletes & dancers, pre & post-natal, back pain, body conditioning for older folks, and injury rehab.

PRIVATE SESSIONS:
$110 each OR 10 sessions for $100 each = $1000

DUET SESSIONS:
$55 each OR 10 duet sessions for $50 each = $500
