Pilatesology Studio is Alisa’s home base in Hermosa Beach, where Pilatesology classes are shot when she’s not on the road filming with the site’s world-renowned instructors.
While Alisa does not teach private lessons currently, the studio is shared with several classical instructors and is fully equipped with the finest professional Pilates apparatus, made strictly according to Mr. Pilates’ original design by Gratz.
