Pilatesology

Pilatesology.com is the brainchild of Alisa and her husband Jack Coble. Realizing there was a need to preserve Joseph Pilates’ original style of teaching, she and Jack created Pilatesology—the only website offering video instruction solely dedicated to classical Pilates.
